The IW-45K is a compact ironworker that comes complete with a notcher.The frame recess below the punching station allows punching on the flange of large size channel or beam profiles. Mitre shear of angles can be carried out at the flat bar shear station. This model incorporates versatility, efficiency, accuracy and ease of use at an excellent price.

The double cylinder "S/SD" series are in the Sunrise tradition of well engineered ironworkers built for high power, quality, and reliability. These ironworkers have two control foot paddles, and separate operations can be safely performed simultaneously without interference. The low pressure setting for tool change provides maximum operation safety. The long punching cylinder stroke and deep throat enable mounting a wide range of special equipment. The large punching base with the "T-slot" fixing provide a solid base for securing the punching tooling, as well as a wide range of optional and custom designed tooling..

The Semi-Automatic XY tables are affordable entry level positioning devices with simple and user friendly interface. The Sunrise NC backgauge extends accuracy and efficiency of the HBM series horizontal bending machines. This optional equipment comes standard with a touch screen control and provides a very user friendly interface. The NC backgauge is accurate to ±0.01mm, and when combined with the digitally controlled cylinder travel, achieves complex bending work with ease. The NC backguage can be programmed to slightly retract immediately before bending to prevent damage from material movement. Control memory can store up to 99 programs with 10 bends each for quick and easy programming of a lot of different jobs.
